tiny duckQ: What is included in a standard Roamin’ Baths service?
A: Pre-bath brushing, heated fresh water bath with choice of four high-quality shampoos, conditioner, complete blow dry, post-bath de-shedding treatment and brushing, nail clip, eye and ear clean, trim pads and other light trimming , sanitary trim, deodorize, and a doggie treat!

tiny duckQ: Can Roamin’ Baths help my dog’s shedding problem?
A: Yes. Regularly scheduled bath and brush appointments will minimize shedding. Our standard service is designed to remove dead hair and minimize your dog’s shedding.

tiny duckQ: Will you “shave down” my dog?
A: No.

tiny duckQ: Will I see the same groomer for each appointment?
A: Yes. We understand how important it is for people to know who is taking care of their pet.

tiny duckQ: Do you provide your own water?
A: Yes. We have some of the largest water tanks in the industry.

tiny duckQ: Is your water heated?
A: Yes.

tiny duckQ: Will you trim my dog’s nails?
A: Yes. Nail trimming is included with each service.

tiny duckQ: Is your equipment sanitized before you wash my dog?
A: Yes.

tiny duckQ: Does my dog return to me completely dry?
A: Yes. (If your dog fights the dryer, we will do what she allows us to do)

tiny duckQ: Do you use a cage dryer?
A: No! The reason we started this company in 1999 was because a grooming facility accidentally killed our own puppy by using a cage dryer. We dry all dogs by hand; it is the only safe way.

tiny duckQ: Can you bathe my dog in the winter?
A: Yes. Our salons are fully insulated and climate-controlled. However, if outside temperatures go below 20 degrees, it becomes impossible to provide a quality service because of the amount of humidity that builds up inside the salon. On those days, and days that are too dangerous to drive because of icy roads, we will call to reschedule your appointment with a $10 discount.

tiny duckQ: Is there a cancellation policy?
A: Yes. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Without a respectful notice, we will bill you for the appointment.

tiny duckQ: Is there anything I need to do before you arrive?
A: Please “empty” your dog before your appointment.

tiny duckQ: Do you muzzle dogs?
A: No. If your dog needs to be muzzled, we will not bathe it, and we’ll require payment for the appointment. So, if you know your dog should be muzzled, you will be wasting your time and money with Roamin’ Baths. Some “brick and mortar” shops are more equipped for such pets.

tiny duckQ: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash or checks are accepted and payment is due at time of service; we don’t accept credit/debit cards.
